18th Sunday After Pentecost
Holy God, your faithful love toward us never ends!
It is as sure and dependable as the sky over our heads. We praise you! We gather together in this place to offer our worship and our thanksgiving; to declare to any who will listen that you are our God and we are your people. May your Spirit be at work among us as we worship, opening our eyes to the light of your presence in this place. To you alone, Faithful Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer, be all glory and honor, now and forever
Fall Harvest Food Drive
Thanks to your generous giving, we grew a bountiful summer garden and donated nearly 100 cans of vegetables to the EUCSFP! Let's keep this love train going as we move into Fall.
In celebration of the harvest season, we will be collecting grain products during October and November. Food items include pasta, rice, oatmeal, whole grain cereal, pancake mix and boxed stuffing mix.
Donations may be placed in the designated space of the fellowship area. Join us as we ‘live like Jesus by serving’ our neighbors.
Childcare Position Open
We are in search of a Childcare Provider to
join St. Paul’s ministry team. This part-time
employed position includes Sunday mornings, 9:00AM - 11:45AM, on a weekly basis, to begin immediately. The successful candidate will be a responsible, caring high school graduate, with 3 completed state-required background clearances and personal references.
Please share your interest and recommendations by emailing the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org
Lewisburg Crop Walk - October 16
On Sunday, October 16, please join others throughout the Lewisburg community for the 39th Annual CROP Walk, this year offering a 5K (~3 miles) or a shorter 1 mile course. Both display various efforts in Lewisburg to lessen the basic need of food and water for our immediate neighbors. 25% of the raised funds will remain in our community, while 75% will be distributed to some of the neediest people of the world.
Walker envelopes are available from Pastor Judi or at the church office. You may also join St. Paul’s Team (under Pastor Judi’s name) or make a financial contribution online:
